Shipping conditions
Delivery is made within Germany, to the EU and other nearby countries.
Delivery times & shipping costs
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat rate of 5,90€ per order for the shipping costs of a parcel.
The shipping costs for a Maxibrief of the German Post we charge 2,90€ depending on the shipping quantity and weight.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs to foreign countries flat rate as follows:
15,90€ incl. VAT to all countries of the European Union.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 2-3 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 14 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For all other countries outside the EU, the shipping price is calculated by weight. The scale currently refers to 1kg - 34,90€, 2kg - 39,90€, 3kg - 44,10€, up to 5kg - 55,10€.
These are the prices of DHL, we pass the prices 1-1 and do not make any profit on it.
