My desired color is not in stock, when can I buy it?
You have the option of setting an availability notification for the sold-out item. As soon as the item is restocked by us, you will receive information by e-mail.
Or you can order a custom dye via the pre-order category and have your desired color dyed.
How does it work with custom coloring?
You can select your desired base at any time via the pre-order section and have any of our dyeings made on it. We already have a color selection for some yarns, but there is also the option to choose the "custom dyeing" option. You can then enter your desired color in the note field in the shopping cart.
As soon as we have received your payment, your desired color will be scheduled into our dyeing plan and you will receive your yarn within the specified time. Please give us some time to prepare your yarn carefully.
I forgot to specify my desired color.
That's no problem at all. You will receive an order confirmation email from us when you place your order. You are welcome to reply to this e-mail and let us know your desired color afterwards. If there is nothing in the text field and you have not yet contacted us, we will get in touch with you and ask about your wishes.
I have changed my mind and would like a different color instead of the one I chose.
As long as we have not yet started dyeing, we can still change your wishes. You should contact us as soon as possible.
I would like to return my order coloring.
Unfortunately, this is not possible as we have made this dye in a batch selected for you. The purchase contract is subject to the law of custom-made products and is therefore excluded from return.
However, we will be happy to help you by sharing your Instagram post if you are looking for a buyer for your yarn there.
I would like to add something to my order or combine two orders, is that possible?
Yes, this is possible as long as the second order has not yet been paid for. This means you are welcome to place a second order and purchase it by bank transfer. Please write a note to us in the comment that this should be combined with the previous order. It is important that you do not pay for the order via PayPal. All paid orders can no longer be combined and will be sent as they were ordered.
If you have an order to dye in one of these orders, all items will be shipped together as soon as they are made and ready for shipment.
Is Schwedenrot LOFT open regularly?
As we are a manufacturing company, we unfortunately cannot open every day. The opening hours will be determined shortly and there will also be regular knitting meetings and selected workshops, where you can of course also shop.
